DO YOU OFFER FACE TO FACE CONSULTATIONS?
Yes! Prior to any services commencing, we will always arrange a suitable date and time to visit you and discuss further. This service is free of charge and non committal.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes! Hot Diggity Dog Walking holds full insurance to provide you with further peace of mind.
ARE YOU DBSÂ CHECKED?
Yes! Each team member of Hot Diggity Dog Walking will always hold an up to date DBS check.
HOW MANY DOGS DO YOU WALK AT ONCE?
We are insured up to five dogs at any one time. The Canine industry is not regulated however at Hot Diggity Dog Walking we believe, to ensure safety and a positive experience for all, that this number is most suited.
DO YOU PROVIDE SOLO WALKS?
Yes! Quoted on a case by case basis tailored to your requirements. Suitable for less confident dogs, recovering from surgery, elderly etc. Please get in touch to discuss further.
DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH CATS OR OTHER SMALL ANIMALS?
Yes! Small pet visits are quoted on a case by case basis. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements further.
ARE YOU CANINE FIRST AID TRAINED?
Yes! Each team member of Hot Diggity Dog Walking will always hold an up to date First Aid certificate. We are also able to administer medication as required within any of our services.
WHAT TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO YOU OFFER?
We have general T's & C's as well as specific T's & C's for each of our services. These will be sent for completion once the services required are confirmed.
